What leadership development programmes does NOSCE offer?
Our signature leadership development programmes are Winning Conversations™, Leadership Acuity & Bearing (LAB) and EQ – From Signals to Wisdom (FSW), covering communication, leadership and emotional intelligence. We also design organisational culture transformation programmes and coaching.
Are your training and team building programmes HRDC claimable?
Yes. NOSCE is an HRDC registered training provider. Eligible leadership development and team building programmes are claimable under your HRDC levy, and we guide your team on the claim documentation required.
What is the difference between team building and a company outing?
A company outing is about recreation and enjoyment. Our team building is experiential learning: activities reveal how the team really operates, and a structured debrief turns what the participant’s experience saw into insights they carry back to work.
Do you run indoor and outdoor team building?
Yes. We run both indoor and outdoor team building, from half a day to multi-day programmes, at your premises or a venue of your choice.
How many participants can join a team building programme?
Our programmes are designed to cater for small and large groups. Tell us your group size and we will recommend the appropriate format.
Can you customise a programme for our organisation?
Yes. Every engagement begins with understanding your business challenge and your desired outcomes. We then tailor the content, format and facilitation to your organisation’s strategic priorities.
Where do you deliver trainings?
We are based in the Klang Valley in Malaysia and we serve organisations across Malaysia and Southeast Asia, at your premises or a venue of your choice.
Where languages do you cater for in the trainings?
Programmes are available in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, on in translation.
